Refund Policy

Webdesk SARL is committed to providing high-quality services to its clients. However, there must be specific procedures for refunds in certain cases. Please note that the following refund policy will apply:
 
  1. In case of project commencement:
Once the project commences, no refunds can be made regardless of the circumstances.
  1. In case of non-completion of the project:
If the project has not commenced after signing the contract and paying the advance payment, the company will retain 20% of the service price as an administrative fee.
  1. Refund Procedures:
A refund must be requested within a specific period, which is 15 to 30 days from the date of signing the contract.
The client must submit a written request for a refund, including the reasons for the refund and the necessary financial details.
Refund requests will be carefully reviewed, and the company has the right to accept or reject the request based on the status of the project.
  1. Additional Conditions:
No refunds will be made for any fees associated with the costs of operations or administrative costs incurred by the company.
The company has the right to amend the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
