15.3 Initial Voluntary Period (First Three Months)

15.4 Monthly Scholarship After Three Months

Upon successful completion of the initial period, trainees will receive a monthly training scholarship determined by:

  • The value defined in the training contract signed after the trial

  • Country of residence, based on local economic conditions and purchasing power

  • Continued eligibility based on task quality and supervisor evaluations

15.5 General Provisions

  • Participation in the program indicates full agreement to this policy

  • Webdesk LLC reserves the right to amend the policy as needed and will notify trainees of any major changes

  • Trainees are expected to continuously prove their commitment through quality, discipline, and a willingness to learn


16. Employee and Trainee Conduct Policies

16.1 Sanctions for Aware Mistakes During Training (Phase 1)

Trainees in Phase 1 are expected to show maximum responsibility and attention to detail. Any trainee who knowingly commits an error—by action, negligence, or ignoring prior instructions—will face disciplinary action.

A confirmed aware mistake during Phase 1 results in a three-month deduction from the trainee’s scholarship duration.

Webdesk enforces these sanctions to:

  • Protect its clients and maintain service quality

  • Honor the time and effort invested by its instructors and experts

Trainees are encouraged to fully read and understand the company’s client project fulfillment policy to ensure compliance.

Webdesk LLC reserves the right to assess the nature of the mistake, verify trainee awareness, and apply the sanction at its sole discretion. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or expulsion from the training program.

  • Delivery within set deadlines

  • Advance notice in case of delays due to valid reasons

  • Clear documentation within project files or task management tools

  • Effective communication with team and supervisors

17.3.4 Continuous Improvement

  • Staying updated with latest trends and best practices

  • Accepting feedback and striving for performance growth

17.4 Sanctions for Non-Compliance
